Patricia Routledge is touring in the UK until June 07 in Alan Bennett's "Office Suite". Two one-act television plays written especially for her.   Patricia Routledge is back on stage and will tour in the UK until May 06 to play Dame Laurentia McLachlan in "The Best Of Friends", an adaptation of Hugh Whitemore.

The Bucket Residence in Coventry  has made it into the top 10 most stylish houses on TV. A news that would have made super snob Hyacinth thrilled.

 

After the adaptation of KUA in India, KUA has been remade in South Africa too. 26 episodes filmed in Johannesburg, in Sesotho language staring Lillian Dube.

KUA has been remade for the Indian market. BBC Worldwide has sponsored the filming of 26 episodes filmed in Mumbai, in Hindi language  and with a young Indian cast.

 

At 75 year old, restless Patricia Routledge goes back on stage in London West End to play in "The solid gold Cadillac", a comedy from the 50's.

  New DVD " The funny ladies of British comedy" out now. Dedicated to four  of the funniest British actresses, it includes an extensive interview with Patricia Routledge.

BBC UK organised a competition where KUA  was classified the 12th most loved British comedy out of 100.
